By application — strictly confidential

Private counsel for leaders carrying public weight.

You built the company. You built the organization. You built the platform. Success did not exempt you from crisis — it only made the crisis harder to say out loud.

  • Monthly

Ninety minutes of private counsel — strategic and prophetic, in the same room.

  • Standing

A vetted intercessory network praying your needs, de-identified, daily.

  • Between

A confidential line for the things that will not wait for the calendar.

IThe weight

The room you built

has no chair

for this.

Every instinct that built the thing works against you here. You solved problems by absorbing them, and you got very good at it — so the people around you learned that you do not need anything.

Meanwhile the crisis is not in the business. It is at your kitchen table, in a text from your seventeen-year-old, in a marriage running on logistics, in the fact that you have not slept properly since March. And there is no one in your life whose interests are not somehow attached to your steadiness.

Luna Private Advisory exists for that gap: a room with no equity in your reputation, where the true version of your situation is the only thing on the table.

Things clients could not say anywhere else

  • A marriage that is technically intact and quietly over.
  • A child in a situation your money, access, and reputation cannot fix.
  • A board that would read your exhaustion as instability.
  • A leadership team that needs certainty from you by Monday.
  • A faith you still hold and have not been able to hear from in eight months.
  • A decision you cannot make honestly from where you are standing.
IIWho this is for

Leaders whose private life has not caught up to what they built.

Twelve to sixteen engagements are held at any time. The constraint is not exclusivity for its own sake — it is the only way the line stays answerable.

  • Founders and operators

Past product-market fit, running $1M–$50M, with a payroll that depends on you being fine.

  • Executives and principals

Where candor is expensive and there is no peer in the building you can say the true thing to.

  • Ministry and nonprofit leaders

Carrying a congregation or a cause while your own household is the thing quietly coming apart.

  • Public figures and platform builders

An audience that expects wholeness, and a private life that has not caught up to the platform.

Not the right room for

  • Anyone looking for a hype coach, a growth funnel, or a testimonial to post.
  • Anyone whose primary need is clinical treatment — we will help you find it, and work alongside it.
  • Anyone unwilling to be fully honest in a room built for exactly that.
IIIThe counsel

Three things, held together.

01

Strategic prophetic counsel

Two things at the same table.

A strategist’s read of your actual situation — the business, the household, the decision in front of you — and a listening ear before God about it. You get plain language, not performance: what we hear, what we do not, and what we would do next if we were carrying what you are carrying.

  • 90 minutes, monthly
  • Same week each month, held for you
  • Principal only — never a junior
02

A standing intercessory network

You are covered by people who will never know your name.

Vetted intercessors receive your needs in de-identified form and pray them daily. They receive the need, not the person: “a founder deciding whether to fight for a marriage” rather than anything traceable to you. You are told what is being prayed and when it shifts.

  • Requests de-identified before distribution
  • Assignments reviewed monthly
  • Nothing traceable leaves the room
03

The client line

Crisis does not schedule itself around your session.

Between sessions you submit a request — counsel, prayer, or an urgent decision that will not keep. Each one is read the day it lands, triaged, and answered in writing or by call. Urgent matters get a same-day window; genuine emergencies get a phone number.

  • Read the day it arrives
  • Written counsel or a call, your choice
  • Urgent window inside hours
IVThe engagement

From application to the first honest hour.

Most clients are in their first session within two and a half weeks of applying.

  1. 01

    A private application

Two minutes of facts and one honest paragraph. It is read by the principal and no one else.

  2. 02

    A discovery conversation

Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pitch. We are both deciding. Roughly half of applications end here, by either party.

  3. 03

    The intake

A written picture of everything you are actually carrying — company, marriage, household, health, faith, money. Signed mutual NDA first.

  4. 04

    Monthly counsel begins

Ninety minutes on the same week each month, with coverage assignments set the day after your first session.

  5. 05

    The line stays open

Requests between sessions, triaged the day they arrive. You will not wait three weeks to say a hard thing.

  6. 06

    Quarterly recalibration

Every ninety days we stop and name what actually changed — in the household, not just the P&L. Engagements are renewed deliberately, never by default.

VDiscretion protocol

Nothing you say leaves the room.

Confidentiality is not a policy paragraph here; it is the product. If the discretion fails, everything else we do is worthless — so it is engineered first and never traded for marketing.

Written into the mutual NDA
you sign before session one.

  • Mutual NDA before the first session

Signed both directions before you tell us anything of substance.

  • No client list. No logos. No named testimonials.

We will never ask you for a quote, a referral introduction, or permission to say your name in a room.

  • Prayer requests are de-identified

Intercessors receive the need stripped of name, company, city, and any detail that could identify you.

  • Minimal records, destroyed on request

Session notes are brief and kept for your continuity, not our files. Ask, and they are gone within seven days.

  • Your assistant never has to know

Scheduling and invoicing route to a private address of your choosing, under a neutral name on the calendar.

Published without names, at clients’ request and with their permission

I have twenty-two people who report to me and no one I could say the sentence out loud to. That was the whole problem. It took one session to say it and about five months to start undoing it.

Founder, logistics platform — eleven years in business

I expected to be handled. What I got was someone who told me the truth about my own house and then prayed about it with me for a year without ever once needing credit for it.

VIIQuestions

The ones people ask before they trust us.

If yours is not here, ask it in the application. Nothing is a strange question in this practice.

What do you mean by “prophetic”?

That we pray about your situation and tell you plainly what we believe we hear — and just as plainly when we hear nothing. No theatrics, no pressure, nothing you are asked to accept because we said it. You test everything against scripture, your own conscience, and wise people already in your life. Prophetic counsel here informs your decision; it never replaces your judgment or your responsibility for the outcome.

Is this therapy, coaching, or pastoral care?

None of the three, exactly. It is private counsel: strategic advisory and spiritual counsel in the same conversation. It is not clinical treatment and we do not diagnose. If what you are describing needs a licensed clinician, a lawyer, or a physician, we will say so in the first conversation and help you get there — then keep working alongside them if you want us to.

Do I have to be a Christian for this to be useful?

The counsel is explicitly Christian in its framework — prayer and intercession are the substance of it, not an add-on. You do not need to be certain, current, or in good standing. A number of clients arrive angry at God, or unable to pray at all, and hand that over as the first request. What we do ask is that you are not opposed to being prayed for.

Who actually reads my prayer requests?

The principal reads everything. Intercessors receive a de-identified version — the need, without your name, company, city, or any detail that could identify you. Intercessors are vetted, under written confidentiality, and never learn who they are praying for. If a need is too specific to de-identify safely, it stays with the principal and is not distributed.

What happens when a crisis will not wait a month?

You use the line. Every request is read the day it arrives and triaged: written counsel, a call, or an immediate window depending on what it is. Inner Circle and Household engagements include crisis calls scheduled inside 24 hours, and Household engagements carry a direct number.

Can my spouse be part of this?

Often, and often it is the turn that matters. Inner Circle includes a quarterly session with your spouse; Household & Legacy includes monthly counsel for them in their own right, with their own confidentiality. We do not carry information between two people who have not agreed we can.

How is this confidential when my calendar is not?

Sessions appear under a neutral name of your choosing. Invoicing and correspondence route to a private address, not your company domain. No one on your team needs to know this exists, and we do not send anything that would tell them.

What if it turns out not to be a fit?

The discovery conversation exists to find that out before money changes hands, and about half of applications end there. After that, engagements run in six-month terms; if it is wrong, say so and we will close it cleanly and refer you onward. No one has ever had to argue their way out.

You have carried it alone for long enough to know it does not work.

One application. One honest conversation. No obligation on either side, and nothing said in it repeated anywhere.
